When I first learned about spiritual direction, something clicked. There was a name for the type of intentional companionship I longed for from a fellow seeker. And there was a name for the gifts I found myself naturally using within my faith community.

I found myself drawn to walk with people who were in transitions in their faith journey. I had been through some major upheavals in my own journey and knew the gift of a safe and non-judging presence.
In 2014, I completed a Master’s Degree in Christian Spirituality, along with a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Creighton University. I have operated a small, independent spiritual direction practice since then.
I grew up in an Evangelical church, and graduated from an Evangelical university. I then spent eight years in house churches in Denver and Boulder, Colorado. I have since left Evangelicalism and have now found a spiritual home in the progressive Mennonite tradition. Though I do not have specific training in the LGBTQ+ experience, my practice is open and affirming to those in the queer community. I received my spiritual direction training in the Ignatian Spirituality tradition at a Catholic university and have been part of several Ecumenical faith communities. I serve those in the Northwest Ohio area, including Bluffton, Ada, Lima, and Findlay.
I spend most of my time as a homeschool educator to three children. I am also a classical musician and enjoy reading, writing, walking, cooking, and spending time with friends.
